Enrollment Information
A student is enrolled when the following FORMS, REGISTRATION FEE and STUDENT/BOOK FEES are received in the school office. If your current account at LWCS is in arrears, payments must be made current before the enrollment fee can be accepted. Returning students can begin to enroll for the new school year – any siblings of returning students may enroll at the same time. Re-enrollment will begin January 21, 2010. Our classes will fill up quickly. Please enroll as soon as possible to secure a place for your child. Student/Book fees are due July 15th. A $25.00 late fee will be assessed after that date. Enrollment will be open to the general public on March 1, 2010.

• Tuition is an annual fee payable over a 10 or 9-month period from August or September 1 through May 1.
• Payments are late after the 5th of each month with a $20.00 assessment charge to your account.
• Student/Book fees are non-refundable* and includes clinic, books, materials, art fees and Stanford Achievement Testing.
UNIFORMS
• Uniforms are required to be worn daily for students in K4 – 8th. All uniform pieces, except Challenger shirts and sweatshirts, are to be purchased using LWCS uniform guidelines. See guidelines here.
